Kevin Keegan

Kevin Keegan joined McCarthy & Associates in 2005. Since joining the company, Kevin has worked on a range of projects, including the development of apartments at the Four Seasons Hotel and as client project manager based on site at the €200 million Killeen Castle residential, golf and hotel development in Co. Meath.

Kevin initially began his career with Roadstone as a site engineer. He then progressed into mainstream project management with Glencullen Developments, incorporating Renault Ireland, acting as client project manager for major developments throughout Ireland. Kevin later developed his career with the Musgrave Group, where he gained extensive knowledge of the retail sector.

More recently in the last three years, Kevin has been heavily focused on the management of complex distressed development projects, working closely with a number of financial institutes and Receivers in securing and completing numerous projects.

• Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Trinity College
• Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Law and Contract Administration from Trinity College

• Building Energy Rating Assessor
• Member of Engineers Ireland
• Member of the Institute of Project Management of Ireland
