We will work closely with the design team appointed by the client to ensure that the architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering design process delivers a building to the client’s detailed brief and budget.
Once the designs are signed off by the client, we will manage the tendering and construction valuation process, always ensuring that the clients obtain the design and functionality they require at the most competitive cost.
During construction we will manage all client changes including all other changes necessary to ensure the clients budget is kept under control at all times. Detailed records will be kept of all change order requests, pricing and sign-off.
We use our experience and insight to identify financial risks, strategic options to mitigate these risks, opportunities to value engineer, attain cost reductions and add value.
