Justin McCarthy – Managing Director

Justin founded the company in 1988 as a dedicated project & cost management company, which represents the interests of clients in all their dealings with investors, design teams, contractors, developers, sales agents, property managers, planning and other statutory bodies

Justin has over thirty years’ experience in the construction and property industries in Ireland and Europe and has worked on some of Ireland’s largest construction projects, Justin had managed a wide variety of projects including commercial, industrial, retail medical and leisure developments along with a number of residential developments. In addition Justin has gained a vast knowledge and insight into the construction and operation of hotels. This knowledge has been gained as project manager for the construction and refurbishment of a number of quality hotels ranging from three to five stars. These hotels are located in both Ireland and Europe and included Four Season Hotels in Dublin, Prague and Budapest.

In recent years Justin’s experience has been utilised by a variety of clients including Ulster Bank, Avestus and FGS in the resolution of a variety of distress development. These developments include completion of large apartment developments in Dublin in preparation for release to the market, resolution of contractual and development difficulties in Hotel and apartment developments in Europe. Along with these Justin has been engaged by Ulster Bank to overseeing their interests in the redevelopment of one of the largest residential development sites in Dublin. Justin’s hands on approach to project management and proven track record has provided assurance to his various clients and has resulted in reengagements by clients to protect their interests in further developments.
