Clerys Department Store located in O’Connell Street, Dublin has traded since 1941 when Denis Guiney purchased the store and developed it into the Icon business it is today. The store went through a six year renovation programme which was completed in 2004.
McCarthy & Associates were commissioned to Project Manage the renovation of the entire building whilst ensuring that the business suffered the absolute minimum disruption.
McCarthy & Associates were subsequently commissioned to manage the extensive study of master plan options for the expansion and development of a Clerys Shopping Centre that would contain Clerys Department Store as an anchor.
